Do you charge more for Dublin businesses?
No. It’s the same €800 for the website build and €30/month for managed hosting and care, wherever your business is. There’s no city premium and no page-count tiers.
Do we need to meet in person?
No. Everything runs by email and the Start Your Website form: you send the details, I build the site, and you review a private preview link before anything goes live. It suits busy owners who can’t step away from the bar or the kitchen for a meeting.
Which parts of Dublin do you cover?
All of it — the city centre and every part of County Dublin, from Swords and Malahide to Tallaght, Dún Laoghaire and Lucan. Because the process is remote, your location doesn’t change how the project runs.
Can you help us show up when people search our area?
Your website is built so search engines can clearly understand what you do and where — your neighbourhood in the page titles and text where it’s natural, your address and opening hours set out properly, and structured data behind the scenes. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings in a city as busy as Dublin, and your Google Business Profile and reviews matter just as much, but the website won’t be what holds you back.
Do I own my website?
Yes. After full payment, you own your completed website files. If you ever cancel managed hosting, you don’t lose your website — on request, I’ll provide portable website files and reasonable handover information so you can move it to another host. Domains, third-party licences (such as fonts or stock photos) and hosting infrastructure can have their own ownership or transfer terms.
How much do changes cost after launch?
Small edits — text, opening hours, photos, menu prices, links — start at €10 for up to four changes. New sections start from €30 and new pages added after launch from €75. The scope and price are confirmed before any chargeable work, and fixing my own mistakes is always free. View editing prices.
